I have recently come upon your blog and am a loving it. I am a fellow Minnesotan. My husband and I live in Edina. We hope to be nomads in 2 years. Our first experience will be the Great Loop, a 6000 mile circumnavigation of the eastern part of the US on a trawler going 6 mph. It will take a year. Next up will be long term travel, primarily in SE Asia and Africa but open to other places.

We are very intrigued by Malforth Park. It sounds wonderful. In the last 5 years we have been to Africa 3 times. We started in South Africa, then went to Namibia and were in Zimbabwe last month. We love it and it is so compelling. We can’t afford to do expensive safaris in retirement which is why Malforth sounds so exciting.

Just wanted to say hello and tell you how much we enjoy your blog.

Mary, thank you so much for reading our posts! It sounds like your trawler trip will be quite an adventure. We’d love for you to come to Marloth Park and we could hear all about your travels! If you decide to come, let us know, and hopefully, we will be here at that time. Louise can help you with a place to stay at http://www.marlothkruger.com. It sounds like you have some good experience in Africa and look forward to more.

      So nice hearing from you.
      Warmest regards,
      Jess & Tom
